We hear a lot about our diversity and the wealth of immigrant talent that has made the Toronto area its home, but what does that really mean? The Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) recently held their 4th annual Immigrant Success Awards at the top of the golden RBC tower in downtown Toronto, where businesses and individuals that are making the most out that talent pool were honoured. Hosted by CBC Metro Morning's Matt Galloway, the Immigrant Success awards show how companies profit from hiring a diverse workforce.
