Alexandra Asher is a rising star as Nathaniel Dett Chorale’s Company Administrator, Ensemble Coordinator and a Chorale Member.
Early in her career, Alexandra exhibits great initiative and a strong commitment to excellence. In her current position, she recently coordinated the company’s strategic and fundraising planning process, and now is managing the redesign of the company’s website. To ensure optimal management of the company’s finances and adherence to best practices, she has chosen to work with a mentor who is providing support in the hand-over of the administrative management.
Alexandra is an integral player in maintaining a cooperative environment in Toronto’s choral arts, and in helping to foster a great sense of community and belonging through singing.
She is using her Vital People grant to take courses in: Leadership Development, Strategic Planning, and Board and Personnel Management at Humber College and Schulich Executive Education Centre's program in Leading Sustainable Strategic Change.
